Websites for handymen and property maintenance, built before you pay.
People search for a handyman when they've got a list of small jobs and nobody to do them. They want to know you'll actually turn up. We build yours first, with your services, your areas, your Google reviews and your number on every page. Like it? It's yours for £199, domain included.
Then £50 a year from year two to keep it hosted, only if you want to.
Built for handymen
What goes on your website.
A page for every job you do
Each job gets its own page, so someone searching for exactly that job lands on exactly the right page. For handymen, that usually means:
- Odd jobs and small repairs
- Flat-pack assembly
- Shelves, curtain poles and TV mounting
- Door and lock repairs
- Garden tidy-ups
- Property maintenance for landlords
A page for the areas you cover
The towns and areas you work in, written out, so customers nearby and Google both know you're local.
AreasYour Google reviews, front and centre
Your star rating and review count on every page, linked to your Google listing so people can read them.
TrustCalls and WhatsApp from every page
Tap-to-call and WhatsApp buttons that stay on screen on phones, plus a quote form that lands in your WhatsApp.
EnquiriesSet up for Google and AI search
Business markup, plain answers to customers' questions and help with your Google Business Profile, so you show up on Maps too. How we help you get found.
SearchFor handymen
What a good handyman's website does.
List everything you do
Handyman customers search for the job, not the trade. Every job you list is another search you can show up for.
1Say how you charge
Hourly, half-day or per job: saying it up front stops time-wasting calls and builds trust.
2Be clear about gas and electrics
Say which jobs you hand to a registered gas engineer or electrician. Customers like the honesty.
3What customers search for
The searches a handyman's website should answer.
Each search needs a page that answers it. Here's how that works for handymen.
| When someone searches | They should land on |
|---|---|
| “handyman near me” | Your home page, listing the jobs you do and the areas you cover. |
| “flat pack assembly” or “TV wall mounting” | Small-job pages that show you take these on, with a rough idea of how you charge. |
| “property maintenance” plus the town | A landlords and agents page about reactive repairs and how quickly you respond. |
| “odd jobs” or “small jobs” | A page that says plainly that no job is too small, with your minimum charge if you have one. |
Steady all year, with a landlord cycle
Small jobs come in all year. Landlords and letting agents need repairs between tenants, and autumn brings gutter, door and draught jobs before winter.
Trust
What customers check before they hire handymen.
Here's what the rules say for handymen, and what's worth showing. If you hold any registrations or memberships, tell us and we'll put them on your website with a link to check them.
No licence needed
The rulesThere's no legal register for handymen, so customers lean on reviews, photos of your work and insurance instead.
Gas and electrical work
Legal requirementAny gas work needs a Gas Safe registered engineer, and notifiable electrical work must be certified by a registered electrician or building control. Say which jobs you pass on.
Waste carrier registration
Legal requirementAnyone who takes waste away from a job, including their own, has to be registered as a waste carrier.
Public liability insurance
VoluntaryNot a legal requirement for most trades, but it's one of the first things homeowners, landlords and businesses ask about.
Checked against gov.uk, the Planning Portal and each organisation's own website in November 2026. Rules differ in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
How it works: we build your site from your Google listing, send you a link to look at it on your phone, and you only pay if you want to keep it. The four steps in full.
Your website
Only once you've seen it and want to keep it.
- A page for every service and area you cover
- Your own domain and 12 months' hosting
- Your photos swapped in and two rounds of changes
Real £199 build: E.A Electrician, North London. A page for each of their 21 services and 22 areas they cover, plus reviews and projects.
From year two
Optional. Hosting, domain renewal and small text changes. No contract. Want something more? Bespoke from £349.
Questions
What handymen ask us.
Can my website list lots of small jobs?
Yes. A page for each kind of job you want more of, so you show up when people search for that job by name.
Can I show an hourly rate?
Yes, if you'd like to. Many handymen show an hourly rate or a minimum charge, and it cuts down on calls that go nowhere.
Do I need a separate page for landlords?
It helps. Landlords and agents want quick, reliable repairs and invoices they can pass on, so a page for them brings in repeat work.
