Websites for cleaners and cleaning companies, built before you pay.
People choosing a cleaner are letting someone into their home or office, often with a key. They check you out properly first. We build yours first, with your services, your areas, your Google reviews and your number on every page. Like it? It's yours for £199, domain included.
Then £50 a year from year two to keep it hosted, only if you want to.
Built for cleaners
What goes on your website.
A page for every job you do
Each job gets its own page, so someone searching for exactly that job lands on exactly the right page. For cleaners, that usually means:
- Regular house cleaning
- End of tenancy cleaning
- Deep cleans
- Office and commercial cleaning
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- After-builders cleans
- Airbnb changeovers
A page for the areas you cover
The towns and areas you work in, written out, so customers nearby and Google both know you're local.
AreasYour Google reviews, front and centre
Your star rating and review count on every page, linked to your Google listing so people can read them.
TrustCalls and WhatsApp from every page
Tap-to-call and WhatsApp buttons that stay on screen on phones, plus a quote form that lands in your WhatsApp.
EnquiriesSet up for Google and AI search
Business markup, plain answers to customers' questions and help with your Google Business Profile, so you show up on Maps too. How we help you get found.
SearchFor cleaners
What a good cleaner's website does.
Trust comes first
Say who will be cleaning, whether it's the same person each time, and how you look after keys. That's what customers worry about.
1Separate one-offs from regulars
End of tenancy and deep cleans are one-off jobs with a fixed checklist. Regular cleans are about reliability. They need different pages.
2Make booking easy
A quick quote form with the number of bedrooms and how often, landing in your WhatsApp, saves a lot of back and forth.
3What customers search for
The searches a cleaner's website should answer.
Each search needs a page that answers it. Here's how that works for cleaners.
| When someone searches | They should land on |
|---|---|
| “cleaner near me” or “house cleaner” plus the town | Your home page, with your areas, your reviews and how regular cleans work. |
| “end of tenancy cleaning” | An end of tenancy page that says what's included and whether you offer a re-clean guarantee. |
| “office cleaning” or “commercial cleaning” | A commercial page for businesses, with the hours you work and how you handle keys and alarms. |
| “carpet cleaning” | A carpets page with before and after photos and how long carpets take to dry. |
Tenancy season and spring cleans
End of tenancy work follows the rental market, with a lot of moves in the summer. Spring brings deep cleans, and offices often book around the new year. Regular customers keep the diary steady in between.
Trust
What customers check before they hire cleaners.
Here's what the rules say for cleaners, and what's worth showing. If you hold any registrations or memberships, tell us and we'll put them on your website with a link to check them.
No licence needed
The rulesThere's no legal register for cleaners, so customers lean on reviews, photos of your work and insurance instead.
Basic DBS check
VoluntaryAnyone can get a basic criminal record check for themselves. Mentioning it reassures customers who are handing over a key.
Public liability insurance
VoluntaryNot a legal requirement for most trades, but it's one of the first things homeowners, landlords and businesses ask about.
Checked against gov.uk, the Planning Portal and each organisation's own website in November 2026. Rules differ in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
How it works: we build your site from your Google listing, send you a link to look at it on your phone, and you only pay if you want to keep it. The four steps in full.
Your website
Only once you've seen it and want to keep it.
- A page for every service and area you cover
- Your own domain and 12 months' hosting
- Your photos swapped in and two rounds of changes
Real £199 build: E.A Electrician, North London. A page for each of their 21 services and 22 areas they cover, plus reviews and projects.
From year two
Optional. Hosting, domain renewal and small text changes. No contract. Want something more? Bespoke from £349.
Questions
What cleaners ask us.
Can my website show the areas I cover without my home address?
Yes. We list the towns and areas you cover, and your Google Business Profile can be set up as a service-area business with your address hidden.
Can customers ask for a quote by number of bedrooms?
Yes. The quote form can ask for bedrooms, bathrooms and how often, and it arrives straight on your WhatsApp.
I do domestic and commercial cleaning. Can the site cover both?
Yes. Domestic and commercial customers get their own pages, so each one sees what matters to them.
