That's the whole price. No monthly fee, no contract and no setup charge on top. Your own domain and the first year's hosting are included, and you only pay once you've seen your website and want to keep it.

What it costs over three years
£199 in year one, then £50 in year two and £50 in year three: £299 in total. That covers the website, your domain, hosting, security and small text changes for the whole three years.
How you pay
There are two ways to buy.
- Preview first. We build your website from your Google listing and send you the link. You pay the £199 only if you want to keep it. If you don't, you pay nothing and we delete the preview.
- Buy now. Order and pay £199 on our buy now page. We send your first version the next working day. If you're not happy, tell us any time before your site goes live on your web address and we refund the £199 in full.
Payment is by card or Apple Pay through our secure Stripe checkout, and you get a receipt by email.
What isn't included
New pages, new sections or a redesign after your site is live aren't part of the yearly renewal. Ask and we'll give you a price before doing any work. Small text changes, like new opening hours or a new phone number, are included.
If you stop paying the renewal
Renewing is optional and there's no contract. If you'd rather not renew, tell us and we'll send you the website files so you can host them anywhere, and help you move your domain to you or your new provider. The full details are in our terms.

What's the catch?
There isn't one. We keep the price low by cutting out the expensive bits: no site visits, no meetings, no sales team and no contracts. We build it from what's already on your Google listing, and you only pay if you like it. You're paying for the website, not a sales process.
Do I have to pay anything before I see it?
No. We build it and send you the link first. You only pay if you want to keep it.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay £199 once. From year two it's £50 a year to keep it hosted and your domain renewed. If you'd rather not renew, you don't have to.
Do I own the website?
Yes. It's built for your business and carries your name. If you ever leave, we'll send you the files so you can host it anywhere.
What's included in the £50 a year?
Hosting, your domain renewal, security, keeping the site online, and small text changes like new opening hours or a new phone number.
I already have a domain. Can I use it?
Yes. We'll connect the domain you already own instead of registering a new one.
What if I want changes later?
Small text changes are included in the yearly renewal. For bigger changes, like a new page for a service you've started offering, just ask and we'll give you a price first.
