Our terms, in plain English

What you get for £199

A website for your business, with a home page and a page for each of the services you offer. It includes your own web address (domain) registered for one year, hosting and security for 12 months, your photos added, and one round of changes before it goes live.

Seeing it before you pay

We build a preview first and send you the link. You don't pay anything unless you decide to keep it. If you don't want it, we delete the preview.

Paying

The £199 is paid once, when you tell us you want to go ahead. Payment is by bank transfer, and you get a proper invoice. We connect your domain and put the site live once payment is received.

From year two

Keeping the site online costs £50 a year, which covers hosting, renewing your domain, security, and small text changes such as new opening hours or a new phone number. We'll remind you before each renewal. Renewing is optional and there's no contract.

If you don't renew

If you'd rather not renew, just tell us. We'll send you the website files so you can host them anywhere, and help you move your domain to you or your new provider. If a renewal isn't paid, we'll let you know before we take the site offline.

Bigger changes

New pages, new sections or a redesign aren't included in the renewal. Ask and we'll give you a price before doing any work.

Your content

You're responsible for making sure the details you give us are accurate, and that you have the right to use any photos, logos or text you send us. We build your preview from information your business already publishes, such as your Google listing, and we'll change anything that's wrong.

Our responsibilities

We'll build your site with reasonable care and skill, and use a reputable hosting provider to keep it online. We can't guarantee the site will never be unavailable, and we can't promise any particular position in Google search results.

Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the issue. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.
