Sole traders and self-employed
A cheap website for sole traders and self-employed trades.
Plenty of tradespeople run the whole business on their own. You haven't got time to build a website and you don't want a big bill or a contract. So we build it for you first, and it's £199 once if you want to keep it.
Why it works for one-person businesses
Cheap, but not a cut-down site.
No time needed from you
We build it from your Google listing before we ask you for anything. You spend about five minutes looking at it and ten sending a few photos.
Your timeCheap doesn't mean a one-pager
You get a home page plus a page for each service, your Google reviews, and call and WhatsApp buttons on every page.
The siteNo company needed
You don't need to be a limited company. The site carries your trading name, whether that's a business name or your own.
Sole tradersEnquiries straight to your phone
The quote form arrives as a WhatsApp message, so there's no inbox to check and nothing new to learn.
EnquiriesA price that suits a small business
£199 once, then £50 a year. No deposit, no monthly fee and no contract. See full pricing.
PriceHow it works

Questions
Questions sole traders ask us.
Do I need to be a limited company?
No. Sole traders and self-employed tradespeople are exactly who we build for. Your website shows your trading name.
Can I use my own name as the business name?
Yes. Lots of sole traders trade under their own name, and that's fine on a website.
Do I need a website if I'm only a one-person business?
It helps. People you're recommended to still look you up before they ring, and a website means they find you, your number and your reviews, not a list of other trades. Our guide on websites and Checkatrade covers where each fits.
How do I pay?
By card or Apple Pay through our secure Stripe checkout, and you get a receipt by email. You only pay once you've seen your site and want to keep it.
Is there a contract?
No. £199 once, then £50 a year from year two if you want to keep it hosted. If you'd rather not renew, you don't have to.
