Should I cap over old fascias or replace them?
Full replacement is usually better. Capping over hides any rot, which can keep spreading. Replacing lets us check the timbers and the roof edge properly.
Why do my gutters overflow?
Usually it's a blockage from leaves or moss, a gutter that has lost its fall, or downpipes that can't cope. Cleaning often fixes it. Sometimes the gutter needs realigning or upsizing.
Do soffits need ventilation?
