Yes. Replacement windows and doors have to meet building regulations. We register each job with FENSA or CERTASS and you get the certificate. Keep it safe, as your solicitor will ask for it when you sell.
Not always. If the frames are sound, we can usually replace just the sealed glass unit. It's quicker and costs a lot less.
Composite doors are thicker and more solid, with a wood-grain finish that holds its colour. uPVC doors cost less. We'll bring samples so you can see and feel both.
Less than you'd think. We put dust sheets down, take the old frames away, and finish the inside so it's ready to decorate.
Usually not, if the new windows look similar to the old ones. Listed buildings and conservation areas are different, and we'll tell you if that applies.
