Do I need to be in?
No. As long as we can get to the windows, we'll clean them, text you when we're done and send a payment link.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn't affect pure water cleaning, because the glass is left clean with nothing for the rain to stick to. In storms or frost we'll move your clean and let you know.
Will it work on my old wooden sash windows?
Yes. Pure water is gentle on paintwork and putty, and we take care around older frames.
Can you clean the inside too?
Yes, by arrangement. Many customers have the insides done a couple of times a year, usually in spring and before Christmas.
How do I stop or pause?
Just send a message. No contracts and no notice periods.
