Services

Every pest, one call

Homes, rented flats, shops, cafés and warehouses. One-off treatments or regular visits for businesses.

01

Rats & mice

A full survey inside and out, treatment in locked bait boxes, follow-up visits and proofing so they don't come back.

02

Wasp nests

Nests in roofs, air bricks, sheds and hedges treated, usually in a single visit. Bees go to a local beekeeper where we can.

03

Bed bugs

Discreet inspection, a clear prep sheet and a full treatment plan. Common in homes, hotels and lets, and nothing to be ashamed of.

04

Moles

Trapping in the active runs, checked on return visits, so you can get your lawn back.

05

Birds & proofing

Netting, spikes and solar panel guards to stop pigeons roosting and nesting, plus clean-up of droppings.

06

Business contracts

Regular visits for food businesses, landlords and warehouses, with written reports ready for your inspection.

Papery grey wasp nest with a dark entrance holeWasp nest, late summer
Through the year

Wasps in summer. Rodents in winter.

Wasp nests grow all summer and the wasps get bolder in late summer. When it turns cold, rats and mice look for a warm way in. Spot the signs early and it's a smaller job.

How it works

Three steps. No fuss.

01

Tell us what you've seen

Ring, WhatsApp a photo of the droppings or the nest, or use the form. We'll tell you straight what it's likely to be.

02

Survey & treatment

We find where they're coming from, treat it safely, and explain what we've used and where.

03

Follow-up & proofing

We come back to check it's worked, clear up, and block the way in so it doesn't happen again.

Discreet

Plain clothes or an unmarked van on request. Nobody needs to know why we're there.

Properly trained

Trained to use professional rodent treatments safely, around children, pets and wildlife.

Honest

If it's something you can sort yourself, we'll tell you. If it's bees, we'll find you a beekeeper.

Thorough

We fix the cause, not just the symptom. Gaps, air bricks and pipes get checked every time.

FAQs

Straight answers

Is it safe with children and pets in the house?

Yes, when it's done properly. Rodent bait goes in locked boxes, placed out of reach, and we'll talk you through where everything is. For some treatments we'll ask you to keep a room closed for a while.

Can you come in an unmarked van?

Yes. Just ask when you book and that's what we'll come in. We can come in plain clothes too.

How many visits will it take?

Wasp nests are usually one visit. Rats, mice and bed bugs nearly always need follow-up visits to make sure they're gone. We'll tell you what to expect before we start.

Do you deal with bees?

We avoid treating bees. If it's honeybees, we'll put you in touch with a local beekeeper who can move them. Bumblebee nests are best left alone where possible, and they die off by the end of summer.

Do you work with landlords and businesses?

Yes. We do one-off jobs for landlords and letting agents, and regular visits with written reports for food businesses and other premises.

Don't put up with it.

The sooner we know, the smaller the job. Ring or message now and we'll talk you through it.
