How long will I be without a bathroom?
It depends on the job, so we give you a day-by-day plan before we start. You'll know which days the water is off and when the toilet goes back in. If you have a second toilet, even better.
Do you do the tiling and electrics?
We do the plumbing, tiling and fitting ourselves. Electrics, like lights, extractor fans and shaver points, are done by a registered electrician we work with.
Can you fit a bathroom I've bought myself?
Yes. We'll check what you've ordered first, so nothing's missing on the day.
Can you help plan a bathroom for an older parent?
Yes. We'll talk through level-access showers, seats, rails and taps that are easy to use. Family are welcome at the visit.
